Conveyor-X® ceramic lagging is designed to provide high levels of drive and wear resistance for conveyor pulleys that operate in medium to heavy duty applications.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:
  • Provides significantly higher traction than traditional rubber Laggings
  • High reliability even in wet, clayey and muddy operating Conditions
  • High resistance to wear (life up to 10 times as compare to traditional laggings)
  • Improves and stabilizes coefficient of friction
  • High self-cleaning effect due to grooves between the rows of ceramic tiles
  • Protects the pulley against wear and corrosion
  • Special chemical bonding layer (CN) which provides a higher bond strength between the rubber and metal surface due to its uniform formulation

**Product manufactured in standard widths of 3000mm
**Custom lengths available upon request along with extra rubber on both ends
